A Chartered Surveyor with 35 years’ experience working for national and regional organisations including Co-op, Lidl and Peel Holdings. Primarily focused on commercial property, Geoff’s expertise includes lease preparation, property transactions, estate management and development.
He initially joined his sister at Regency on a temporary basis to assist with property management, but has gradually taken over all commercial agency and estate management matters. His successes already include advising on the acquisition of the former RBS in Horwich and enabling Regency’s relocation and expansion.
