Gemma first joined our Lettings team and quickly became a key part of the department, taking on all aspects of lettings with her trademark tenacity and attention to detail. Her hard work and commitment saw her progress rapidly, and she now proudly manages the team. She holds a Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, alongside Level 3 qualifications in Customer Service, Management and Business Media, plus certifications in First Aid and Health & Safety. Gemma is also our Office Manager, keeping day-to-day operations running seamlessly and always offering support to colleagues and clients.
