Rhiannon Hoyle

Rhiannon is our Block Management Administrator, dealing with day-to-day maintenance, sending communications, answering general queries, keeping on top of maintenance and compliance tasks, and also deals with all aspects of service charge invoicing. Rhiannon was previously a secondary school teacher and has worked in customer service since 2020, she has transferred valuable skills from these roles to support and organise our Block Management Team, currently working part time – splitting time between her role and raising two young children.
