Sam is our Block Admin Management Assistant. She deals with reactive jobs across our portfolio, logging these from when they are first received and managing them through to completion. Sam also assists with insurance making sure the policies are in place and any claims as well as assisting with managing the compliance across the developments from fire alarm servicing through to fire risk assessment management. Up until recently Sam lived in Stoke, where she ran her own successful business, but has relocated to Bolton to be nearer her daughter and grandchildren to spend more time with them.
